Banks and Trust Companies
Contact your ACES Administrators in your bank. The Coordinator can designate additional users.
Money Service Businesses
Contact Mary Ann Gonzales at msb@dob.texas.gov to designate DEX users.
Prepaid Funeral Contract Sellers /Perpetual Care Cemeteries
Contact Rebecca Angell-McCready or Regina Soto at pfcpcc@dob.texas.gov to designate DEX users.
