The Department of Banking has a two-way secure email system called Zix. Zix is an industry leader in secure email.
If you are interested in sending the Department of Banking a secure email, you may do so by going to the Zix Secure Message Center.
If you are registered, enter your email address and password. This is a closed email system, so only the registrant will be able to send email to Department of Banking employees.
If you are not registered, select Register. On the registration page, enter your email address, password, re-enter password and select Register. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to active your registration. Once you are registered, you can now login and send secure emails to the Department. This is a closed email system, so only the registrant will be able to send email to Department of Banking employees.
Forgot your password?
If you are registered and do not remember your password, you can reset your password from the secure email portal. To re-set your password, from the secure email portal, select Reset under Forgot your password. You will be taken to a Reset Password screen. Enter your email address, new password, re-enter new password and select Reset. A confirmation email will be sent to the email registered. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to reset your password. You should now be able to log into the secure email portal using your new password.
