Texas Administrative Code Changes for Commercial Banks
The Finance Commission has adopted changes to Title 7 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC).  The following Rules have been amended:  7 TAC §12.7.  concerning Lease Financing; 7 TAC  §12.9. concerning Aggregation and Attribution;   and 7 TAC §12.10 concerning Nonconforming Loans. These amended Rules are effective May, 10, 2012. To view the revised Rules, refer to the New Actions table on the Law and Guidance Manual page of this website. New Legal Opinion Related to Perpetual Care Cemeteries
Legal Opinion 12-01, issued on May 9, 2012, addresses whether pets may be buried in cemeteries where humans are buried.  To view the newly issued Legal Opinion (LO 12-01), refer to the New Actions table on the Law and Guidance Manual page of this website.
