Sample Contract

The Sample Contract is intended as a guide to private child support enforcement agencies in the plain language required by 7 TAC §31.14. This is not intended as an Department of Banking form or as a drafting mandate. Each agency must draft a contract and have it approved by the Department of Banking during the application process and each time their contract is changes.
